Abstract submission deadline extended until 21/3

Instructions for submitting e-posters

  1. Papers for digital poster presentation (e-posters) are submitted in FULL (not just the abstracts) and ONLY via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. E-posters can easily be created by using the PowerPoint or Keynote templates that are available on the conference website and have the correct dimensions and recommended font sizes. Templates should then be saved and exported in pdf format.
  3. Papers may be submitted in English or in Greek.
  4. Papers submitted in hard copy or through fax will not be accepted.
  5. Papers should be structured in the following way: Introduction, Purpose, Material, Method, Results, Conclusions, Bibliography, Keywords.
  6. The title of the paper should be written in capital letters.
  7. The names of the authors should be in lower case, starting with the surname, then the first name of each author.
  8. Each paper, other than the title and the authors, should be in bold Arial font, 12cpi, in full text justification, double-space per paragraph, so that it can be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
  9. When there are authors from different institutions or places of work, next to each name there should be a number in parenthesis corresponding to the institution or their workplace.
  10. The institution or workplace names should be written in lowercase in the next line of the text.
  11. Abbreviations of terms may be used after they are written in brackets after the term is written in full for the first time in the text.
  12. Submission for digital e-posting must be accompanied by the registration (to the conference) of both the first and second author of the writing group.
  13. The paper may be research, systematic review, observation, meta-analysis, etc.
  14. Papers to be submitted should not be previously announced in another conference or published in a conference proceedings or contain advertisements or challenges.
  15. The submitted e-poster will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Scientific Committee, for relevance to the conference's thematic axes and against the editorial guidelines mentioned herein. The digital posters of the research papers will be electronically displayed for the entire duration of scientific program.
  16. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject papers that may have been submitted after the deadline for submission or which does not comply with the above instructions.
